The critical elements that will be practiced and developed throughout the year will be:

Running, Jumping and land for distance (horizontal plane) and jumping and landing for height (vertical plane)
Manipulative Skills
Throwing (underhand pattern), Throwing (overhand pattern), Catching, Dribbling, Kicking, Volleying (underhand and overhead), Striking (with a short and long implement).
